ĐIỀU KIỆN VÀ ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHƯƠNG TRÌNH CELESTA HEIGHTS X SHOPEE

1) Giới thiệu

Điều khoản và Điều kiện áp dụng​​​

1. Các Điều khoản và Điều kiện sau (“ĐK”) áp dụng cho chương trình “ 50 triệu đồng chiết khấu thanh toán sớm” dành cho khách hàng của Shopee khi đặt chỗ căn hộ tại dự án Celesta Heights (“Chiết khấu”)
2. Công ty có quyền sửa đổi ĐK tại từng thời điểm, bao gồm cả phản ánh những thay đổi ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty, những thay đổi về công nghệ, những thay đổi về phương thức thanh toán, những thay đổi về các quy định pháp luật liên quan và những thay đổi về khả năng cung ứng của Công ty. Quý Khách sẽ thực hiện theo phiên bản ĐK có hiệu lực tại thời điểm ký vào Phiếu đăng ký.
3. Mọi thắc mắc về ĐK, Chiết khấu hay dự án Celesta Heights, vui lòng liên hệ với nhân viên kinh doanh của Celesta qua số điện thoại 028 7302 9666 hoặc 0902.741.394 hoặc info@celesta.com.vn.

2) Chiết khấu được áp dụng như thế nào

Bước 1.  Thể hiện sự quan tâm của Quý Khách về dự án

1. Tất cả khách hàng của Shopee sẽ có cơ hội nhận 50 triệu đồng Việt Nam chiết khấu thanh toán sớm khi đặt chỗ căn hộ tại dự án Celesta Heights.
2. Đường link trên Shopee sẽ đưa Quý Khách đến trang web của Celesta Heights, nơi Quý Khách có thể điền vào biểu mẫu trực tuyến để cung cấp thông tin chi tiết của mình như Họ tên, Số điện thoại liên lạc và Địa chỉ thư điện tử. Chúng tôi sẽ sử dụng thông tin Quý Khách cung cấp để liên hệ với Quý Khách và cho các mục đích giao kết hợp đồng trong tương lai giữa Quý Khách và Công ty (nếu có).

Bước 2. Hoàn thành Phiếu đăng ký và thanh toán Phí đăng ký có thể hoàn lại

1. Sau khi nhận được thông tin của Quý Khách, đội ngũ kinh doanh Celesta Heights sẽ liên hệ với Quý Khách qua điện thoại hoặc thư điện tử để thông báo về dự án Celesta Heights và Chiết khấu.
2. Quý Khách sẽ nhận được hướng dẫn từ đội ngũ bán hàng của Celesta Heights rằng, để đăng ký Chiết khấu và tham gia sự kiện giới thiệu dự án Celesta Heights (“Sự kiện giới thiệu Dự án”), Quý Khách sẽ cần hoàn thành Phiếu Đăng Ký và thanh toán cho Công ty một khoản tiền  có thể hoàn lại để nhận thông tin và tham dự Sự kiện giới thiệu Dự án là 100 triệu Việt Nam đồng (“Phí đăng ký”).
3. Sau khi hoàn thành Phiếu đăng ký và thanh toán Phí đăng ký, Quý Khách sẽ trở thành Người đăng ký và nhận được lời mời qua thư điện tử để đến Sự kiện giới thiệu Dự án thông qua địa chỉ thư điện tử được cung cấp trong Phiếu đăng ký.
4. Trong mọi trường hợp, Chiết khấu và/ hoặc bất kỳ nội dung nào tại đây sẽ không được diễn giải để cấu thành bất kỳ phần nào của thỏa thuận hoặc giao dịch giữa Công ty và Người đăng ký. Thêm vào đó, việc đăng ký Chiết khấu không đảm bảo cho việc giữ chỗ bất kỳ căn hộ nào. Phí đăng ký sẽ được hoàn lại (không tính lãi) nếu Quý Khách và Công ty không tiến tới ký kết Hợp Đồng Đặt Cọc.

3) Cách đổi chiết khấu

Bước 1.  Đăt chỗ căn hộ và ký kết Hợp Đồng Đặt Cọc

1. Tùy thuộc vào tình trạng nguồn hàng sẵn có tại Sự kiện giới thiệu Dự án, Người đăng ký có thể chọn và đặt trước một căn hộ ưa thích tại Celesta Heights.
2. Khi Quý Khách đã chọn được căn hộ ưng ý, đội ngũ kinh doanh của Celesta Heights sẽ hỗ trợ Quý Khách ký kết Hợp Đồng Đặt Cọc cho căn hộ đã chọn.

Bước 2.  Đổi chiết khấu

1. Người đăng ký sẽ đủ điều kiện nhận Chiết khấu nếu Công ty nhận được khoản thanh toán sớm hơn ít nhất 5 ngày so với thời hạn thanh toán quy định tại đợt số… của tiến độ thanh toán kèm theo Hợp Đồng Đặt Cọc. Thời hạn thanh toán sớm có thể được thay đổi bởi Công ty trước ngày diễn ra Sự kiện giới thiệu Dự án.
2. Khi Người đăng ký và Công ty ký kết Hợp đồng Mua bán (“HĐMB”), Chiết khấu sẽ được áp dụng trực tiếp cho đợt thanh toán của HĐMB sau khi ký kết HĐMB theo các điều khoản và điều kiện của HĐMB.

4) Các Điều khoản và Điều kiện áp dụng khác

1. Chiết khấu chỉ được áp dụng một lần cho một căn hộ tại Celesta Heights.
2. Chiết khấu sẽ không được áp dụng cùng với bất kỳ chiết khấu bán hàng, đặc quyền hoặc khuyến mại nào khác.
3. Chiết khấu chỉ áp dụng cho việc đăng ký trực tiếp với đội ngũ kinh doanh của Celesta Heights. Chiết khấu này không áp dụng khi đăng ký thông qua đại lý bán hàng.
4. Chiết khấu không được chuyển đổi hoặc quy đổi thành tiền mặt và không có giá trị hoàn trả như tiền mặt.
5. Nếu cùng một khách hàng của Shopee đăng ký nhiều lần trên trang web của Celesta Heights, hệ thống sẽ chỉ nhận dạng khách hàng đó là một Người đăng ký.
6. ĐK sẽ chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam. Tất cả các loại thuế và phí áp dụng (nếu có) phát sinh từ Chiết khấu sẽ do Người đăng ký chịu theo quy định của pháp luật. Trong trường hợp có bất kỳ bất đồng nào liên quan đến việc giải thích ĐK và/hoặc việc Quý Khách có đủ điều kiện nhận Chiết khấu hay không,  Công ty có quyền đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng mà không cần có bất kì trao đổi nào khác giữa các Bên.

CELESTA HEIGHTS X SHOPEE PROGRAM'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Introduction

Terms & Conditions apply

1. The following terms and conditions (“T&C”) apply to the “VND 50 million early payment discount” program for Shopee’s customers when they reserve an apartment at the Celesta Heights project (the “Discount”)
2. The Company reserves the right to revise the T&C from time to time, including to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site’s capabilities. You will be subject to the version of the T&C which is in force at the time that you sign the Registration Form.
3. If you have any queries about the T&C, the Discount or the Celesta Heights project, please contact Celesta Sales Team at 028 7302 9666 or 0902.741.394 or info@celesta.com.vn.

2) How to apply for the Discount

Step 1. Express your interest

1. All Shopee’s customers will have opportunities to receive a VND 50 million early payment discount when reserving an apartment in the Celesta Heights project.
2. The embedded link on Shopee will direct you to a Celesta Heights’ webpage, where you can fill in an online form to provide your particulars such as Full name, Contact number and Email address. We will use the provided information to contact you and for future contracting purposes between you and the Company (if applicable).

Step 2. Complete the Registration Form and pay a refundable Registration Fee

1. After receiving your information, the Celesta Heights sales team will contact you via phone or email to inform you of the Celesta Heights project and the Discount
2. You will receive guidance from the Celesta Heights sales team that, to register for the Discount and the launch event of the Celesta Heights project (the “Launch Event”), you will need to complete a Registration Form and pay the Company a refundable amount for receiving the information and attending the Launch Event of VND 100 million (the “Registration Fee”).
3. After completing the Registration Form and paying the Registration Fee, you will become a Registrant and receive an email invitation to the Launch Event via the email address provided in the Registration Form
4. Under all circumstances, the Discount and/or any contents herein shall not be interpreted to constitute any part of an agreement or transaction between the Company and the Registrant. In addition, the registration for the Discount does not guarantee the reservation of any apartment. The Registration Fee will be refunded (without interest) if you and the Company do not enter into a Deposit Contract.

3) How to redeem the Discount

  Step 1. Reserve an apartment and enter into a Deposit Contract

1. Subject to availability at the Launch Event, the Registrant could select and reserve a preferred apartment unit at Celesta Heights.
2. Once you have chosen your preferred unit, the Celesta Heights sales team will assist you with the execution of the Deposit Contract for the selected unit.

Step 2. Redeem your Discount

1. The Registrant will be eligible for the Discount if the Company receives payment of milestone no. x at least 5 days earlier than that has been stipulated in the payment schedule attached to the Deposit Contract. The advance payment period is subject to change by the Company prior to the date of the Launch Event.  
2. When the Registrant and the Company enter into the Sales and Purchase Agreement (the “SPA”), the Discount will be directly applied to the SPA’s instalment payment after signing the SPA in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.

4) Other applicable terms and conditions

1. The Discount can only be used once and for one apartment unit at Celesta Heights.
2. When the Registrant and the Company enter into the Sales and Purchase Agreement (the “SPA”), the Discount will be directly applied to the SPA’s instalment payment after signing the SPA in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
3. The Discount shall not be applied in conjunction with any other sales discounts, privileges, or promotional offers.
4. The Discount is only applicable to direct registration with Celesta Heights’ sales team. Registration though Sales Agency is not valid for the Discount.
5. The Discount is not convertible or exchangeable for cash and has no cash redemption value.
6. If the same Shopee’s customer registers on Celesta Heights’ website multiple times, the system will recognize such customer as only one Registrant. The T&C will be governed by the laws of Vietnam. All applicable taxes and fees (if any) arising from the Discount will be borne by the Registrant in accordance with the laws. If there arises any conflict in relation to the interpretation of the T&C and/or your eligibility for the Discount, the Company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
