On 16 July 2024, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for Celesta Avenue, jointly developed by Keppel and Phu Long. The event marks a significant milestone in the development of the real estate landscape in Saigon South.
Celesta Avenue, located in Saigon South, features 43 limited edition dual frontage townhouses. These townhouses offer versatile and thoughtfully designed spaces where owners can integrate their home and business into one locale.
Each house features a pocket garden, a spacious rooftop, abundant natural lighting, and ventilation. Families at Celesta Avenue will enjoy amenities such as Public Park, Kids’ outdoor playground, and an upcoming 250-hectare golf club.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr Alvin Lee, General Director of Phuoc Kien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, the joint venture of Celesta Avenue, said, “Celesta Avenue is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and our vision of delivering high-end projects to our homebuyers. We are confident that this project will bring thoughtful homes and myriad amenities to meet the needs of the discerning homebuyers when completed.”
Celesta Avenue is the latest phase of the 6.2-hectare CELESTA City, developed by Keppel and Phu Long. The development benefits from the arterial traffic system that has been in development over the past few years, as well as key amenities in proximity, including offices, serviced apartments, shopping malls, educational institutions and hospitals.
The first and second phases, Celesta Rise and Celesta Heights, attracted significant attention from homebuyers during their launch events, and have become two of the most sought-after projects in the market. Celesta Rise is currently completing its final stage and is expected to be handed over to homebuyers in the second half of this year.
The main contractor appointed for Celesta Avenue is Tuan Le Construction Company Limited, which has a strong track record in building luxury residential estates and resorts.
