THE TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF CELESTA RISE

In a momentous celebration, the topping out ceremony of Celesta Rise, developed by Keppel and Phu Long, was held on 4 January 2024. 

The ceremony, which signifies the completion of Celesta Rise's structural framework, was attended by esteemed guests, including Mr Joseph Low, President, Real Estate Division (Vietnam), Keppel Ltd., Mr Nguyen Thanh Hung, Founding Chairman of Sovico Group, Mr Phung Chu Cuong, Chairman of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment JSC (a joint venture company of Celesta Rise), Mr Alvin Lee, General Director of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment JSC and Mr Le Viet Hai, Chairman of Hoa Binh Construction Group. These distinguished guests, along with stakeholders such as project consultants, and sales agencies, sub-contractors as well as employees from partners gathered to witness the realisation of a vision that promises to redefine contemporary urban living.

Mr Alvin Lee, General Director of Phu Loc Real Estate Investment JSC, said, “Today, we have successfully reached the highest point in the construction of Celesta Rise. This marks not only the physical achievement of topping out Celesta Rise but also the embodiment of a vision of a vibrant community flourishing in the heart of Saigon South.”

CELESTA City, a 6.2-hectare flagship development in Saigon South, represents the first collaboration between Keppel – a global asset manager and operator and Phu Long – a real estate corporation specialising in smart and sustainable cities.

Celesta Rise, the first phase of CELESTA City, spans an area of 2.8 hectares. Comprising 923 premium apartment units and a diverse range of facilities catering to all ages, the project is poised to redefine the standards of contemporary living and is designed to infuse new inspiration into the everyday lives of its residents.

Celesta Rise is expected to be handed over to its residents by 3Q 2024.
